At Korvo, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

After this period, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be canceled. Once shipped, the order must be received before a return request can be submitted in accordance with this policy.


Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first before opening a dispute or chargeback.

Our support team is committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly. In many cases, contacting us directly allows for a faster solution than initiating a dispute through your payment provider.

Please note that disputes and chargebacks may extend the resolution process due to additional review procedures required by financial institutions.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused.

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or otherwise stated as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Please package returned items securely to avoid damage during transit.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Korvo cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking information.


Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized products

  • Custom-made products

  • Final Sale items

  • Clearance items marked as non-returnable


Undelivered, Refused, or Uncollected Orders

Orders cannot be refunded before delivery has been completed.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, you must first receive the package and then follow the standard return process outlined above.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Refused deliveries

  • Packages intentionally rejected upon delivery

  • Packages left uncollected at pickup locations

If a package is returned due to being uncollected, a processing fee of €10 may be deducted from the refund amount.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue
